KYLE KOSTECKA

When I started CrossFit my knee was in such bad shape that I could barely step up on a couple plates. A year later I’m RXing box jumps and it feels amazing. While I could go on all day about the mental health benefits, the inches I’ve lost on my waist, and my blood pressure finally being at a normal level for the first time in years… I encourage anyone out there who has been curious to try CrossFit to take the leap.

EMILY AMBURGEY

I started CrossFit at 43, and remember seeing everyone doing all the things and thinking, ‘Will I ever be able to do all that?!’ On my 44th birthday, I got my first rope climb! I was like, “Yes, I can do all the things the youngsters are doing!” Now on my fifth year, I have surpassed all the things I didn’t think I could do!

WINSTON BAITY

Consistency & longevity baby! I am this __ many years old. And as Father Time piggy back rides on my joints and whispers in my thoughts. I have still been able to achieve a quality level of fitness that I am pleased with.

LULU VILLEGAS

Oh boy! So many things. Since starting CrossFit, I just can’t believe I lost 20 pounds, I did a Spartan race, ran 7k and 5k. My biggest achievement though is my strict pull-ups.

JORDAN MORRILL

My squat game! When I started even air squats were SO hard and I wasn’t even close to full depth. Now my form is better and I hit a #135 back squat.

SAMUEL STAN

It’s been one year since I started working out at Together We Rise. I was super happy to hit my 2022 goal of a bar muscle up. Shout-out to the amazing coaches at the gym and of course gym family members. How it started to where we're at.

JULIE HEAD

Biggest wins? That first box jump and every single time I actually run. I know I joke a lot but anytime I don’t just walk is a huge accomplishment.

MAGGIE GALLAGHER

I was so proud when I got my first rope climb. And then I was able to get two rope climbs in one minute! All while being cheered on by the best gym fam ever!

AMY SCOBEY

I’m proud to be back into CrossFit in general. After an airport shooting, semi truck accident, and losing my mom to cancer, I had serious depression and still do. But I am back to working on myself and getting healthier. All thanks to CrossFit.
