Open gym policy: Open gym at TWR CrossFit is intended to be a supervised, but not coach-lead, time for members to be able to do the WOD on their own or work on skills. Unless a member reaches out to TWRC coaches in advance for help, coaches will be present but not providing one-on-one direction during open gym time.

SUMMER 2019 SCHEDULE (Starts Tuesday, May 28)

NOTE: Yoga/Stretch times are offered as an “on demand” option for members to enjoy the KAHA Meditation & Relaxation Room: a quiet, candle-lit space where you can listen to calming music, meditate with an app, use the TV for a yoga, Pilates or flexibility video, or even set up the room divider to seclude yourself and take a nap!
