CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS 

The CrossFit Foundations program at TWR consists of private sessions with an experienced coach to help integrate you into the flow of things in a regular CrossFit class. Upon completing Foundations, you’ll be prepared to safely and comfortably join in any CrossFit class on the schedule.

In CrossFit Foundations, you’ll learn:

  • The 9 foundational CrossFit movements

  • How to be safe and efficient, and how to gradually increase intensity at your pace

  • CrossFit terminology

  • Skills, tips and more
