WHAT IS BASELINE?
Baseline is an eight-session program, completed over four weeks with some of your TWR coaches.
There are three goals for baseline: Safety, proper technique and better results.
When you graduate from Baseline, you will have all your current athlete levels to use in group classes.
SETTING YOUR GOALS
They say there’s no “magic pill” to getting fitter and stronger. We say the magic pill is CONSISTENCY.
There’s just one thing you need to do: SHOW UP. Consistently. Then the results will come.
We recommend a minimum of three days a week for the first 90 days. For the first six weeks, this means two Baseline plus one class.
To help you focus on your goals, here are some questions to ask yourself. Actually write out the answers and keep them handy.
What are your specific goals, or things you want to work on?
Why is that important to you?
How long have you been wanting to make this change?
What will happen in your life if you succeed at these goals?
Do you have a support system to help you?
Are you willing to work hard, and accept that you’ll be uncomfortable at times?
Are you willing to keep this promise to yourself?
☝️ THIS IS VERY, VERY IMPORTANT
Top Three Things to Note as You Get Started:
With movement comes soreness, especially at the beginning.
Soreness is normal. PAIN IS NOT. If you have any pain, let your coach know immediately.
Three things will help with soreness: Hydration, extra protein and movement (walking, stretching, etc.)

HERE ARE YOUR FIVE STEPS TO GET STARTED:
Get acclimated with the PushPress app.
Download the PushPress Members App from your App Store and log in. Use the “Classes” tab to reserve a spot and check in to class. The “Social” tab will give you current gym updates. The “Workouts” tab will show you today’s workout, and soon you’ll be able to record your score there. For everything else, click the “More” tab!
