*2 other teammates complete As Many Rounds and Reps as possible of:

20 x Thrusters @95/65 (Rx+ 115/75, Scaled less than or equal to 75/55)

30 x Ring Rows

40 x Double Unders (Rx+ 60 x DU, Scaled 80 x Singles)

(one person working, one person resting)

—2 min rest then switch—

*two scores: total calories and total rounds and reps, second group will pick up where the first group left off in the AMRAP
