About Coach

Sports and fitness weren't a part of my life until I was in my mid-20s and needed to lose a significant amount of weight. I became a fan of CrossFit as a sport and then later decided to start working out at a CrossFit gym once I'd lost 60 pounds. By starting at square one with CrossFit, I am able to effectively coach members who walk into TWR without athletic backgrounds in the same way I can coach members who have been working out for decades.
